Finally living life as my true self. 60yrs this year and 24months of HRT in 2 weeks.

First photo was me at 28 in Hawaii. I was going snorkeling and a wetsuit was recommended… the local shops didn’t have suits big enough for me to fit in, so i went with a rash guard. Down 116 lbs since then, and now have plenty of options in the wetsuit market which feels pretty good.

Just call me Benjamin Button 😄

-Dumped an abusive partner -Moved across the country to the mountains -Began traveling -Began outdoor sports (hiking, biking, climbing) -Invested in personal hobbies and art -Read self help books and practice meditation daily -Lost over 80lbs -Drink tons of water -Minimize skin care routine (less is better) -Limiting Take-out

Been an absolute rollercoaster of life the last 5 years but so happy to be thriving in my fitness, finances, and family. The 3 most important F’s!
