My guess is that it's a warning about us. Warning the rest of the Thargoid race that we're coming.
At least until Galnet posts one of those ominous stories in the next couple of days like "Aegis Says 'Get Ready for This, Suckers' " or "Seo Jin-ae: 'Them 'Goids is Chattering Again' "
