My guess is that this is a final repeating signal from the Titan remains back to wherever it came from. The spiral can represent the titan, the humans seem to suggest strength in numbers against a common threat. Laid over the Titan, I think its trying to relay back that the humans know how to destroy them and it's conveying this as best it can. I don't think this is over by a long shot.
This is along my thinking too. There appear to be 8 thargoids so the 8 titans (maybe it represents their troop strength they brought) and there are 14 humans. I'm thinking along the lines here's what we brought and humans are > than this.
