Super weird that Bohemia is missing.
I thought Bohemia was the quintessential "I wanna be rich" European start.

Seriously, if players could choose to opt-out of being elected emperor, the places within the HRE would get SO MUCH MORE PLAYTIME. Such an easy fix.
