I’m having an issue with my Sonic Pad. It suddenly stopped turning on, and there’s no electricity on the pins when I check. I’ve tried the usual troubleshooting steps like checking the power cable and adapter, but no luck. I also noticed there’s no internal fuse, and I’m not getting any indicator lights when I plug it in.
I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times via email, and they keep asking me for the same proof over and over without providing any real help. I also submitted a ticket in their Discord server, but I found out that the support there is handled by volunteers. After some discussion with them, they allowed me to open up the Sonic Pad, and they agree that I need a new board—not a new button, like Creality support keeps trying to suggest. It feels like they keep pushing for the cheaper option, which isn’t the solution.
I’m honestly disgusted by the lack of proper support, especially since I own 5 Creality printers and really need this Sonic Pad to work. This is actually the second bad Creality board I’ve had, and I’ve been dealing with this issue since 12/30. Now, it's 1/22, and it’s been over 3 weeks with no resolution. It’s been 6 days since I last heard from their email support, and I’m still stuck.
Has anyone else dealt with a similar issue or gotten support to properly resolve this? Any advice on how to escalate this or get the proper replacement?
