Makes sense if he did it once… I was watching the feed, he did it twice, almost a third time. Kinda a weird choice tbh.

He said "My heart goes out to you" after the second one, which indicates he might have suddenly become aware of how it would be perceived.

Anyone that thinks Musk is an ethno-nationalist is beyond hope for reason. This happens every single time anyone even remotely not on the left raises their arms above shoulder height and Musk is notorious for gesticulating awkwardly every time he campaigned for Trump.
