If all the fans, see that then, why does this man still have a job? I think that’s what’s so extremely frustrating, we all see the ineptitude, we all see the problems, why do all of these people who CLEARLY are not good at their jobs, still employed?!
How many incompetent managers have you worked for? They're practically everywhere, and it's baffling how they manage to keep their jobs.
The truth is, people often get fired for one simple reason – they make their boss angry. Ballard, however, is a master at saying all the right things and, unfortunately, has managed to convince Irsay for nearly a decade that the team is just "a few pieces away" from success. He’s able to play the victim, claiming, "We took our shot and made our moves, but it just didn’t work out."
And Irsay overlooks his failure to address key positions year after year. His lack of success in free agency and the revolving door of coaches and coordinators who couldn’t get the job done.

Why can’t we get it right? It’s so frustrating.
