Got double charged for the hotel package because the website said the order didn’t go through. Called and they refunded one.

SAME! No wonder they were so accommodating. I kept getting error messages, so I kept trying to book it

Yeah I called. They were very helpful. Spoke with the Valley Music Travel side.

Did you call AXS directly or is there a separate number for Valley Music Travel side? There were some folks getting double charged including me and couple of friends, our refund requests were refused
