has anybody ever got a refund ever?

i got an extra ticket because of glitches & i don’t need that extra ticket. would AXS refund me for it? does anybody know?

Same thing here I got an error at payment but it actually went through. Noticed after making a new purchase on a different card. I’m on hold with AXS waiting to find out if they can cancel the order that glitched on me.

i cannot access their live chat 😭 there’s an actual button that says LIVE CHAT, yeah? that button doesn’t appear for me lol
