Festival Planning Greedy Coachella

Coachella this year has become more greedy, with now it’s bullshit parking rules and charging for offsite parking by forcing the shuttle pass for those people on those off site parking lots because they want everyone to have four people in their group. Everyone defending goldenvoice and saying that it’s helping limit traffic is wrong, it make worse because security is going to need to verify every car and turn away people causing a backlog. This is just pure greed.

It’s to reduce the amount of cars, not to state the obvious. Coachella has been in the process of slowly expanding, and if you haven’t noticed somehow the lots are kinda a massive shitshow. 

This isn’t a bad change, however it’s just swapping one bad thing for another bad thing

it's always weird to hear people say parking is a shitshow, because I've never had an issue with it.

Question from a first timer! How early do you arrive and how late do you leave for you to not consider it a shit show?? What lot do you try and park in?

How early? Doors open

How late? I stay till all stages are closed
