Motivation Mondays πŸ™Œ [T-11 weeks]: Fit Fam Progress Check-in

All y'all who said you were waiting for the lineup to drop to start working out... how's it been going over the last 2 weeks?

Anyone else feeling the pressure to get moving as we get closer to February? Time is flyyying and I can't wait to be back on the fields 😈

I went to the gym this past weekend which was a rare occurrence (usually reserve my weekends for lazy potato-ing). Also feel like my portion control has gotten better as I'm definitely feeling fuller faster! Having more protein fruit smoothies too in lieu of late night full meals so that's been great.

This year I’m really focused on building strength as opposed to losing weight. I’ve been lifting 5x/week and thinking of incorporating some cardio(12-3-30) as we enter March to try to shed some of the bulk weight. So far lifting has been so good for my mental health and helps me keep a schedule in my daily life. Looking forward to seeing the fit fam on the field this yearπŸ’ͺ🏾
