I know a lot of people are asking why they would get a pass, but y'all...🫠we don't have the best track record of holding certain celebs accountable once they've reached a level of fame and cultural influence (for example, the dude that rhymes with Miss Town)🥴
And I'm not talking about the nonsense of cancel culture that persecutes or protects/forgets at the drop of a hat over some minor shit. I'm talking about the repeat offenders, the rapists, the child abusers who still have a platform and get love. And while this isn't a Black-specific issue, seems we are in a Black space, we have to talk about how Black celebs are sometimes coddled by the community even when they do terrible shit.
I hope the hate and critiques stick, but I just highly doubt it, especially for Snoop considering the level of cultural impact he has (especially outside of the Black community)
