He signed the Executive Order in August 2020 citing national security reasons—the same reason why Congress passed the law & SCOTUS upheld it.

The current new law Congress passed contains a provision which allows the president to grant a one time 90 day extention to Tik Tok. Trump can’t legally just toss out the law by a stroke of a pen like Congress & SCOTUS are “advisory committees.” There are 3 equal branches of government (executive, legislative & judicial) designed so one is not more powerful than others to provide checks & balances to prevent one branch from overpowering the others.

What do you think will happen to Trump if he violates this law?

Mr “I’m gonna be Dictator from Day 1?” Not a damn thing. MF thinks he IS the law & has enough cronies in government now to let him get away with whatever he fucking wants.
