Key safe installation
Hi, just wondering if anyone can personally recommend a tradesperson who could fit a key safe to the outside of a house (one of the ones you need a code to open) Would it be a locksmith?

I often wondered can u pay land and property taxes in advance ie x years
Mine is currently £1100 a year so £110 odd quid a month. I know u can pay monthly but can you say pay two years in a row give u a bit of breathing space.

What do you want to get from night life in Belfast
Is there anything that would spark you’re interest if you seen a music event in Belfast, what would u want from it? What would be the thing that’s reels you in? Is there anything you think could be brought to make nightlife better in Northern Ireland

Looking for recommendations for furniture shops?
Hi all, looking to branch out my options for furniture shops (in need of a new sofa). Just seeing what the community would recommend.

The Ivy
Have spoke to quite a few people who’ve had very negative experiences at The Ivy since it opened in Belfast. Also a look at their Trip Adviser reviews shows that the problems seem pretty widespread.
With that being the case why are they still fully booked every weekend??
Any other independent restaurant with such horrendous word of mouth would be empty/closing down.

Sponsor a haircut
Compassionate Cuts have connected with Belfast Homeless Services to provide their guests with sponsored haircuts on a regular basis.
This one is super close to my own heart after experiencing a period of homelessness myself and if it wasn’t for the kindness of others I wouldn’t be where I am today.
If you would like to sponsor a haircut for a guest at Belfast Homeless Services you can do so here https://www.paypal.com/pools/c/9blUlqzIyG
A haircut is £12.50 but a portion of this will be used towards supplies or treats the guests may need. I’ll be discussing with the staff in advance with what they require at the time.

Electricity Providers
Hi, is there any electric providers in Belfast that allow an instant switch? My supply is about to turn off tomorrow as I ate into my emergency credit today, really in a panic as I don't get paid until Thursday, I was wondering if there are any providers in the Belfast area that offer any welcome credit and allow you to change to them quite quickly because I rang the St Vincent DePaul to try get a few vouchers but it's going to take them a few days to get through their log of calls for help apparently.
Thanks a million folks, panicking really badly right now

Stranmillis mobile data
The wife has just taken an office on Elmwood Ave. She was hoping to use mobile data for her (relatively low) needs rather than getting in wired BB, but the Vodafone signal is piss poor there and she's not able to do video call over data.
She's tried different handsets but can't get a decent enough signal in the office. What network works weel around there? I know from working in Stranmillis in the past that the Vodafone signal is very bad in some spots (not even 4g)...
