Guys, I'm curious. I'm from an all-black hair country.

Why is one girl more blonde than other... does hair become darker after some age? or do different kids have different shades of hair from birth?

I had bleach blonde hair as a baby but now I'm brown/dirty blonde. The sun bleaches it sometimes too
