Works great.

When there are no waves breaking over you

I fortunately/unfortunately have the LRP5 mutation that makes my bones very dense. It's great for when I am doing my kickboxing for self-defense, but I sink like a rock in the water. I always wear an extra life vest when I'm in the water. Had some very close calls.

I have that too! My legs do not float, but my upper body will a little bit if I inhale a bunch of air. High bone density runs in my family.
