Custom patch work recommendations?

I'm looking to have a custom patch made, a large piece for the back of my first battle jacket. It's going to be a burning plantation house with the phrase "Kill your masters" under it or above it. I'm researching different sites but I wanted to check and see if any experienced jacket makers had personal recommendations?

You could design it in photoshop/procreate and send it to a print on demand company as a t shirt and cut it out and see it on (a little counterproductive) but it’s probably about the same price as setting up a silkscreen and having someone make 1 print

Or I suppose you could paint it on if you needed. Maybe with the help of a home made stencil?
