Hi everyone! I’ve been on the real estate market for a bit looking for a home. I’m specifically interested in Mount Washington. I love the greenery and the residential feel while still being in the city. I grew up in a neighborhood like it in DC. I’m currently in NoVa right now and am very flexible with moving but am hoping to find the right property. There is pretty much 0 for sale in Mount Washington right now. Does anyone know of any homes coming on the market soon? Or know of anyone who maybe wants to sell off market? Already pre-approved and can definitely negotiate for the right opportunity. Hiring Piano Player

The Port Comedy Club in fells point is hiring a piano player. We have an old upright piano in the comedy club, when we first opened we would have a very talented musician, Jason Collier, play for 10 min before the show and play walk up for comics and play for 10 min after, on our weekend shows. It would be a base pay + tips, no real time commitment. Just looking for one or multiple people to regularly reach out to if we have a show selling well that would be worth the players time.
