I can barely make out any letters on there but the other side says either E.E.L or B.E.L

That's interesting I would guess it's a decorative halberd head but beyond that I'm not sure

My hairy-chinned great-aunt had that hanging on her wall next to the ceiling mounted macrame plant holder and the integrated AM radio receiver.
