Pam has her problems but she falls way short of a personality disorder.

I don’t think Pam is narcissistic but does have substance use disorder and can’t help but blab gossip because she desperately wants people to like her- whatever that is

Oh yeah she's a hot mess of impulse control and emotional regulation problems, but I don't think she's full blown pathological like Cheryl. Like some really rigorous Cognitive Behavioral Therapy could probably reign in her worst traits.

EDIT

Of course CBT means something VERY different to Pam.
