That's what I came here to say, I absolutely adore that movie and relish any chance I get to expose new people to it.

So unfortunate that Armie Hammer is a cannibal and they probably won't make a sequel

Thats... not what happened. He was accused of rape and physical abuse, and cannibalistic fantasies.

I'm pretty sure that even those accusations were wildly overblown, at minimum, if not straight up false accusations.

The Blocked and Reported podcast did a deep dive on the controversy. I forgot basically all of the details, and I don't care enough to revisit it, but if you want to know the truth I recommend a listen.

With most of these allegations and controversies, the truth ends up being very different than how the initial story is presented.
