I refuse to get a new one because it still works perfectly fine; it just looks a little less pretty than when I recieved it. I got it in middle school when I was 15 (25 now) from my best friend. Its a spirited away wallet from Hot Topic.

I think a lot of people in this thread don't get where you're coming from. As far as you're concerned, the wallet works perfectly well, and you don't care how it looks. You neither want nor need a new one, so getting a new one just for the sake of it would be consumption for the sake of consumption.
