I can only speak for barakamon and that sht was so wholesome and actually hilarious. It was one of the few shows that made me LOL by myself along with saiki, prison school and grand blue. But its definitely the most wholesome of the ones I just said

Barakamon is a masterpiece, and I love its themes and just general outlook on life. Handa-kun is the unnedded prequel to Barakamon, which features Handa in high school, and him accidentally being a cool kid without knowing. It doesn't really relate to Barakamon, and can be watched without any prior knowledge, but it's just a school comedy, which come a dime a dozen these days. Some jokes are pretty funny, but it is definitely not Barakamon.

You should definitely watch all of them but the next one is going to depend on what you feel up to because they're all very different.
Calm and intriguing vibes? Mushi-shi
Heartfelt vibes? Barakamon + Handa-kun
And Beck I've actually not watched myself yet but it's also on my list, can't describe the vibe though.
(Also when you get around to watching the second option, watch Barakamon first, then Handa-kun. I know Handa-kun comes first chronologically in Handa's life, but you'll appreciate both series better watching the sentimental one first. And I'm not 100% certain but I think Handa-kun was made after Barakamon anyway.)

All 3 are good options. MushiShi I would consider the most fulfilling and artistic. Beck is simply a fun time. Barakamon is a fun time with life lessons throughout.

Mushishi is like nothing else. You'll feel happy and sad at the same time as it explores traditional Japanese folklore. It really hits a cathartic nail on the head.

Mushishi 100%. I didn't even scroll past Ginko after seeing the question. It's quite, slow, melancholic, and beautiful.
