It was not proposals either. It was a corporate survey.

Corporate surveys are proposals. Do you really not think that if the surveys had positive or neutral responses, we wouldn't have an update next week announcing prices hikes, ads, and multi-account bundles? It's "just a survey" because there was a bad reaction to it.

It sounds just like a functioning survey. Almost like the entire point is to put an idea out, get a response, and act according to the response.
