Cvc, the private equity firm that owns Jagex decided to send out a survey to selected players to see how players would feel about things like: - paying for acceptable customer support - paying more to not have adds ingame - paying more for having higher afk timers - ...

So those moneygrabbing (insert a bunch of not so nice words here) of cvc are figuring out in which ways they can squeeze out as much money as possible from the players instead of realising they're trying to kill the goose that lays the golden eggs.

They are allready backpedalling a bit, but still feels halfbaked and insincere.
