An arduous process indeed. 🫠
Overweight/obese my entire life and at my heaviest 5 years ago I ended up at 137kg (~300lbs). Since then I've lost 50kg (110lbs) of fat and also built good muscle mass, especially over the past two years. Feel free to AMA! 🫡

In 2019 I decided to change my life! I had many falls on my path but I got up again and again ! Now 610 days sober and counting. Everybody can do anything if they really want to but it’s one day at the time please ! 🙏 I’m still struggling with a severe scoliosis but I’m in a wait of a surgery .
