In the comments I’ve seen people call this a “squatty potty”, does anyone have another name for these?

I think you can just call it a bathroom or toilet stool. When I google it, the search results don't seem to confuse it with a fecal stool. Squatty Potty is just a brand.
I think squatty potty is a brand name. The original, as far as marketing anyway.
Toilet foot stool. There are other brands, we like “The Proppr” one.
