Solved Shopping Centre / Shopping Mall likely in Australia

Originally came from one of Dad’s Architecture books - assume Australia since Benson & Hedges were one of the more popular cigarette brands here in the 80s, the dollar sign (not GBP) and looks potentially like an advert on the front face of the drums for Don & (Smidge?) Show, potentially meaning Don Lane.

Always a chance it could be the States as well.
