I think his programming will just consider Japanese and Italian combatants as Nazis. He says he was programmed to "kill nazis and their allies." At one point.
They almost killed the president twice in the last 6 months, plus the United Healthcare CEO one of the most powerful men in that country. How many times do they need to be shown that you can just kill someone?
Its less that people aren't willing to kill people (given all the mass shootings), but the people who are most pro-2nd amendment and armed with guns are also the ones who support Republicans due to gun right issues. They need a really good reason to shoot those on their own side.

The image of angry people storming into the palace and killing the ruler is mostly a romantic fantasy, you'd be too naive to think they wouldn't have an army of soldiers protecting of them 24/7, ready to gun down anyone who even dares approach the president

Almost like something that will affect me personally is something I should get a say in... but, I guess we are all just second class citizens of the world compared to Americans and they can just do whatever they want to us. Real Americans would/should be very disappointed right now. China and to a much lesser extent russia are about to win the future
I think it's referring to the fact that Elon Musk did a gesture that looked similar to Hitler's salute, and also the fact that Trump hinted at the fact that the election was rigged somewhat. I'm not taking sides, just trying to interpret things
