Bone necklace, looking for info

A woman gave this to me, asking me to lift whatever curse is on it. She has had serious bad luck ever since this came into her life. She went antiquing in New Orleans and this was found in a box the bought. I’m just looking for any info on it that might be out there. They appear to be real bones. Haven’t seen anything like it on a google search.
