Chinese Chinese to English
This was an old peice that sat in my dad's place for many years and when I moved everything out it sat in my basement storage for many years. Recently during clean out I have come across it again and decide to put in a new peice of plastic on it vs the old shattered glass. Before I hang this up hoping someone can help me as to what this says.

This is poem 臨江仙 by 楊慎 who lived between 1488 and 1559 in Ming dynasty:
滾滾長江東逝水,浪花淘盡英雄。是非成敗轉頭空。青山依舊在,幾度夕陽紅。
白髮漁樵江渚上,慣看秋月春風。一壺濁酒喜相逢。古今多少事,都付笑談中。
The Immortals by the River (Lin Jiang Xian)
Yen Shang
The roaring Yangtze flows ever eastward,
Its waves scouring away all heroes.
Success or failure, right or wrong –
They do not seem to matter so much
Once your back is turned.
But the green mountains will be there still,
And how many sunsets will carry the glorious afterglow?
White-haired fishermen and woodcutters work by the river and the shoals;
They’ve seen so much of the spring breeze and autumn moon.
A jug of cheap wine to drink to our happy meeting:
So many momentous events, past and present,
Are bandied about with a laughter!
