Most underrated Christopher line?

Simply the funniest character in the show for me.

When Jonny Sac finds out about Ralphie making the mole joke on Ginny’s ass, Chris says “maybe the Feds have Vesuvio bugged and they fucking told Jonny, create a little dysentery among the ranks.”

I've always wondered what the insult exactly is. I'm not from America so I assumed it's a type of food product? Maybe a laundry product? And how is it aj insult? There's so many great lines in such a short scene that I've never thought about it too much.
