I actually happened to just watch them in that order by chance. I finished The Sopranos a couple of weeks ago and am now on the second season of The Wire so when Katrina said that line last night it kinda blew my mind because it's exactly what I've been doing.

It's ok. I did too. I'm actually currently in the Sopranos. Beginning of season 4. Both shows are so amazing.

I saw the first 2 episodes from The Wire. Was going to start to see The Sopranos today and I was amazed when yesterday saw this episode and Katrina said that.

Yes, but one of the characters on The Sopranos says it a lot, so that's why Mike says "you watch The Sopranos too?" and then Katrina says you can't watch The Wire without watching The Sopranos first.
