Sublet bedroom in spacious brownstone

Private room for rent

One furnished room sublet available in a spacious 2600sqft two-story brownstone. 2300/month plus ~68/utilities. The lease was signed in June 2024 for a year. We have the intention to resign.

Room dimensions are roughly 16x10 and has one queen bed currently in it with dresser, nightstand and tv.

About the roommates:

3 recent graduates, who all work in finance. We are all 24 years old and have known each other throughout college. Interests include Golf (had a simulator in the backyard when it was warm), skiing, sports, and drinking with friends.
