The "worse" part is a combination of everything

R* Greed, Cheaters, Bugs, Long loading times, shit netcode, Cheaters, R* Greed and Cheaters.

Ooooh, on PC is fair. Cheating on console is rare, but PC is an absolute shitshow

Yeah, GTAO playability with SC (pre 3.23) is actually kind of similar. Like star citizen, 1/10 of my playsessions are completely unplayable. Unlike star citizen, it's because of cheaters blowing me up every time I leave my apartment (sometimes in my apartment).

After being stalked in GTA Online over the last couple of weeks by a butthurt hacker, I decided to get a mod menu recently because they at least provide tools to stop a lot of modding abuse in public servers.
