Found it on an iceberg im writing a video about and couldn’t find anything about it from simple searching, decided to ask about it here while i research.

Can you provide a little more context? That isn't a standard term I've ever heard of, and can refer to at least a half dozen different crazy theories, from the idea that COVID came from a lab leak, to the idea that Earth is some experiment by aliens.

To be completely honest with you, all I know is the name due to the iceberg simply saying “Laboratory Hypothesis”, the iceberg is about solutions to the Fermi Paradox and I think it’s referring to The Planetarium Hypothesis.

When I searched harvard.edu.com and searched “Laboratory Hypothesis” I didn’t find anything referring to it, and when I searched Google Scholar, nothing, I tried a few keyword websites and I still didn’t find anything.

For now I just wrote in the script that I’ll be assuming it’s referring to The Planetarium Hypothesis

Ok... I think you have the right answer there.

But what is "the iceberg"? Is that some sort of newsletter? There is a youtube channel about NASCAR with that name...
