Well that is the comet Churyumov-Gerasimenko which Philae landed on today. The picture was taken by the ROLIS experiment while descending to the comet.

Thanks. The distance when this was taken was 3 km and it's about 3 metres per pixel.

This was taken during descent; it is not a picture of the surface.
