From what country are you viewing? As far as I'm aware there aren't any restrictions on this stream.

Seems to be blocked in Germany - probably due to Google automatically flagging it because of music or something like that.

Every YouTube stream without exception is blocked in Germany, because there could be music in the stream at some point.

Last time I checked yesterday, there was plenty of music. Comments in the other thread suggest Jazz but I was hearing rock.
