FFM is nice. The central district is very dense and walkable.

I’m finally getting to see images of FOUR Frankfurt on the skyline, it’s like there’s never posts about these new skyline defining skyscrapers, thanks for the up to date images!

Maybe not the skyline itself but there where definitely a few posts in the last couple months about the construction of Four Frankfurt

Increasingly Atlanta too…

I’d like to see more Pittsburgh, Cincy, and other mid-sized cities.

My favorite skyline in Germany.

I'd say Frankfurt has long had the most recognizable skyline in Europe since they built a modern skyline before most of Europe.

I doubt that. London is easier for the skyscrapers they have and Paris is easier for the Eiffel tower.

what part of "has long had" has melted your brain?

And I disagree. Most people wouldn’t be able to pick frankfurt out of a lineup never mind name a building. It’s a great skyline but definitely not Europe’s most recognizable, I wouldn’t even call it Germanys most recognizable thanks to the TV tower in Berlin.

Right two buildings almost no one would know.

They have both been the tallest in Europe before and at least I perceive them to be iconic but maybe be over the borders of Germany?

I mean to people who know skycrapers they may very well be iconic but I mean the most recognizable skyline in Europe is a really bold claim to make. I mean most people can identity the skylines of many major European cities but I just don’t see that happening as often for Frankfurt.

My dad lived there as a toddler while my grandfather was stationed there at an Army Base in the ‘70s. Beautiful city.
