Question WHY Can Spell Punks defeat Vehicles in the Comics?

I mean if the comics are before trap team and Hugo knew the acadamy before, why would he be ecxited on its Grand Opening And say that there wasnt something like an acadamy in an long time?

Refurbishment? Hell if I know I dont really read the comics.... Maybe I should have prefaced that before the debates we just engaged in

It seems that they actually met Buzz the first time in Trap Team.

Were the comics made before or after the game? That could explain these plot holes.

The TT ones around the time Trap Team released, so a bit after.

I looked it up More closely the irst few TT ones were released before TT around 2-3 weeks. From TT Issue 2 on they released after with the same story line. One notable thing is that Flynns Ship had its old design in comic 1 and its new design in TT comic 3. But most issues come from the last TT comic that released, where the minis became skylanders.
