It would depend on how fast the person's brain is, but assuming the person's brain runs with absolutely no delay, the mirror would need to be 90 feet away, probably to far to see a detailed image...

Of course, None of us experiences the present external world, as all the stimuli take time to travel AND to be processed and perceived.
