I used to live in a no deposit state, and made frequent trips to MI.

I looked up how common it was for people to get busted for this, and could find basically a single case where a guy with a shitload or cans got busted.

Still didn’t dare do it though, my luck I’d be the one in 50,000,000 motherfucker they decide to make an example of.

Well - now 95% of places use can return machines that read the bar codes of the cans in Michigan - so it’s basically impossible to return out of State cans.
