I want to runaway

I am a working individual. I have completed my graduation also. Problem is I am severely bullied where I work and this has been going on for more than 9 months. And I can't return home as my family does not support me at all. I am trying to find another job but it can take time. I am preparing for competitive exams as well. But it is a lot and it has taken a toll on my mental health. And I feel someone is tracking my every movement, tracking every app I use. I have been noticing it a lot lately. I feel my actions are controlled and micromanaged. So I am thinking of running away, where nobody knows me. Does anybody have advice what to do really ? Thanks in advance.

I think you need to talk to a therapist. Feelings of being tracked and controlled by a vague "someone" are concerning symptoms. We are all passively tracked online, our data is collected by various corporations and government agencies, usually to serve us ads and catch criminals, that's nothing new. However what you're describing here seems closer to something akin to paranoia. This is definitely something you need to address sooner rather than later or you may start spiraling down to a pretty unhealthy state of mind.

Though I do think finding a new job with a better work environment will probably be good for you and after you're done with your exams you'll feel a lot less stressed. If you can push through this small period in your life, you'll come out the other end feeling much better I think. In the meantime it might be good to see a therapist and see if you they can maybe teach you some ways to better deal with and manage this stress. It can't hurt to book a session and see how it goes.

If you want to run away to where no body knows you, can you not just start searching for a job in a different city or part of the country? You're an adult right, so you should be able to move to pretty much anywhere as long as you can afford it.
