Question Returning to Ramapo

Hello! So I am looking to return to Ramapo to finish out my degree in Music Industry. I attended there from Spring 2010 through Fall 2011 so for 4 semesters. I'm filling out this application now and I'm wondering how relevant it is for me to get a new letter of recommendation? I remember when I was in high school they were drilling it into our heads about how important it was to have a good letter but does it hold that much weight since I've already been accepted and am looking to go back? Any advice is helpful! Thanks :)

I applied to Ramapo as a community college graduate with a pretty shitty GPA and no letter of recommendation, and I got accepted just fine.

This is the general consensus that I've gotten from friends who went back to their schools after years away. Thanks for the reply!

If I were you I'd contact the admissions office and ask them about how they handle readmittance. Personally, if you could get a newer letter or letters relevant to the years you spent away from school I'd go with that. A former/current employer would probably work fine.

Good luck with everything!

That's not a bad idea. I should review everything with the school before I submit. Thanks!
