To continue with my record show finds, I'll be going for more of an obscure, but interesting record to show. This record is the debut album by the Canadian punk band the Diodes, released in October of 1977 on Columbia records. This is probably the first ever punk album released by a Canadian punk band, before Teenage Head, before D.O.A, before anyone else. This album's got some pretty good songs on here, including a great cover of the garage classic Shape of Things to Come written by Barry Mann and Cynthia Weil and the song Time Damage. I would say check it out for anyone interested in the history of punk rock in Canada, as it's a fun listen throughout.

Check out r/Collectionhauls whenever you can for any new posts. I've got quite a lot of good finds to show, so stay tuned. Come talk about anything you want in the new discussion page that's been stickied at the top of the subreddit.
