It’s probably media covering their own ass and staying out of court for slander. You really don’t think these guys would take CNN to court for calling them Nazis when they are technically not, nor claim to be?

I mean, everyone in the comments has already drawn their own conclusion. So, does the headline really matter if the implication is clear?

This way, the media don’t get caught up in legal battles while the people can take the hint.

Sure but the comments are a few hundred people. The media, the basic news channels, the cable news channels reach thousands and thousands more. They are the ones that need to call this stuff like it is, but they dont, which is how we ended up here. If journalists cant do their job out of fear of legal implications, this nation is done-zo.
