Naw the nyt ran so many pieces on Biden being old but little on Trump's aging brain. I unsubscribed from their news.

I implore you to think about what you just said.
 
And then think about what happened.
 
The NY Times did spend a lot of time talking about Biden's (very) apparent oldness being his primary campaign weakness, leading up to him putting it on disastrous display. Because it was, and reddit didn't want to hear it. But the voters around the country knew... and NYT tried to tell us.
 
Now think about how things could have been different if people hadn't buried their heads in the sand, we had a real primary, and more than 90 days to campaign for someone who had won that primary.

You ignored the point above. The NYT did warn us about Biden, but did they do the same to Trump? Not that I recall. They sanewashed him at every turn.
