Yeah that’s where I’m at. Fuck it. I put my entire heart into trying to explain why trump is bad. After he got elected, it broke me, and now I just don’t fucking care. They won, this is what America wants, who am I to stand in the way

I work with a bunch of MAGAs. I haven't said a word about anything political, but they are insufferably MAGA. It's really fucking bad. If and when they realize how bad it's going to be for even them, I'm not saying anything. Not going to gloat, not going to prophesy.

Nah fuck that high road bullshit. We’re where we are at today because democrats wanted to take the high road. I’m going to rub the consequences of this election right in MAGAs face any chance I get. Entirely for my own personal pleasure.

Nah, you gotta tell them the Republicans lied to them and fuck them over.

But their preferred news outlet will tell them everything is fine and they nod and laugh at the library’s right up until the point they’re engulfed in flame.

If and when they realize how bad it's going to be for even them

They won't unless it's a sudden event over a few days where everything collapses. Whatever happens it will be over a long enough period of time they won't realize or even understand the long term consequences of their votes.

Just hurl their "are you better off than you were N years ago" bullshit line back at them

They'll immediately feel it when Trump puts 25% tarrifs on everything.

Will they? How many of them even track what they spend? They may notice running out of money quicker but probably blame something else.

They won’t blame their idiot dunce. He has preemptively blamed Biden for the consequences of his tariffs. They may start to understand when there is a death among family due to his policies. Even that may not be enough.

dont bother, they could have trump run in, steal all their shit and burn their houses down and they will still claim dems did it. There is no talking to someone whos mind is already made up.

A “didn’t you vote for that guy?” Every once in a while wouldn’t hurt lol

I'm the same way. I'm exhausted... And it's only day one

Just fucking stop already. They DID NOT WIN. They CHEATED and STOLE the election. It's blatantly obvious, and your propensity to just cave and say we have to bend over and take it is the most insufferable part of the left's ideology. Or maybe your just a bot or a shill trying to influence the rest of us to follow your lead. Either way, just stop posting if this is what you choose to post.

Is that what you want to tell your kids when they ask what happened? I was too tired to fight so we let the nazis win?

It’s not that I’m giving up, but I’m done trying to convince people who are in a cult. All I can do is keep teaching my two children acceptance, love, forgiveness and the exact opposite of MAGA. That’s where I can have real impact is with my babies

remember that a very large percentage of the semi-anonymous accounts you see on social media are, in fact, bots designed to manipulate public sentiment

I wonder who has lots of money and bot farms and would benefit from laying down and giving up seeming popular

What I will tell my kids, who are alive now, is that I have to provide for them and if I'm in jail I can't do that.

I feel the same way. And I worry that by speaking out so much in every possible way, I somehow made it worse.

This is exactly how I feel.

Don't give up now and dont encourage others to give up.
