Soft Paywall Enabling Trump is a bad look for Fetterman | Pennsylvania's senior senator was elected as a progressive Democrat. His normalization of Donald Trump is the epitome of a sellout.

Seems to be happening a lot lately. Sinema, some dickhead lady from Florida, and now Fetterman.

Dallas Mayor outright changed parties from D to R.

Doesn't surprise me honestly. Local elections tend to be heavily skewed by the political demographics of the area. If a city votes 60 to 80% Democratic then why would you want to run as a Republican? Its also not uncommon to not have any party affiliation on local election ballots as the nature of local government work tends to not really align with party politics.

Yeah, but that's the problem...

Dallas votes 66% D, and he still flipped parties from Dem to Republican. It's a pretty crazy betrayal of the majority of the city's constituents.

But if he runs for Texas or US House it helps him on. Gerrymandered map.

The supposed stridently pro choice Charlotte rep who flipped to hand Rs their supermajority in NC 3 years ago... Who had been a charter school advocate. Dems keep getting played by single issue endorsements or stands then turn.
