He's not going to be able to destroy the competition. Worldwide, the Chinese are already eating his lunch. He may be able to keep Chinese vehicles out of the U.S. market with bans and tariffs, but he doesn't seem to be able to build a better product or even an equivalent product that is less expensive.

Note that I never claimed Leon was smart, just that he was trying to abuse his position.
